RSTU hosted our first Habitability Training on Saturday, October 4, 2025. (Special thank you to the Nevada Housing Justice Alliance for help with the information and PLAN for the event space!) We shared how Nevada’s habitability and essential services laws entitle tenants to maintenance repairs and how they can follow this process to ensure they are protected.

We plan to host more Habitability Trainings in the future!
